Rental Charges

Dinnaken House is to let on the basis of one to four persons renting the entire self-contained first floor within one twin and one double bedroom, including the use of top floor bathroom, downstairs salon and the garden area.

For larger groups the third and a fourth bedroom may be hired to the ground floor within two additional twin bedrooms. The rental of this area will include the use of the ground floor bathroom.

The home therefore has sleeping capacity for one to eight people over two levels depending on the size and requirements of your group. A camp bed can be provided for use in the downstairs salon in certain circumstances for use by a ninth person. Please make specific enquiries for this extra sleeping capacity.

The property is available year-round. The minimum period of rental is two nights though a minimum one week stay is required over the July 1st period.

Please note that if the top floor only is rented to your group, the downstairs area will not be separately let.
